Jewelfie was proud sponsor of the SMART Show and was pleased to participate in the education series at the show in form of SMART Stations.
SMART Show is one of the largest jewelry shows in North America serving needs of independent jewelers, manufacturers and technology providers. SMART Show also offers its participants educational seminars to increase their exposure to changing technology and market landscape.
Jewelfie Virtual Try-On technology was one of the main attractions during the show. Jewelfie team educated the participants on the Augmented Reality technology and its impact on eCommerce and branding. Show participants were delighted to get hands-on exposure to the technology and appreciated the value it provides to the millennials segment.
Participants also showed interest in learning about Jewelfie Omnichannel CERM platform. Today’s customers are relying heavily on digital platforms of engagement and jewelry retailers face challenge of being relevant to customers and offering superior customer experience. This customer need is effectively addressed by Jewelfie’s CERM platform by offering unified customer experience across all channels of engagement. CERM platform was also valued for its ability to manage multiple front end solutions from a single platform.
The show took place at Navy Pier, Chicago from 16th to 19th April and was attended by more than 500 jewelry professionals.
